| Hi and welcome back. Yes, of course you can start over. Read also Chapter 19 in DANDR, because it gives some useful tips on how to get your boyfriend on your side, so that you two are on the same page when it comes to your eating. Even if he doesn't want to do Atkins, he can help you stick to it.

| Just go back. You may have some water weight put back on but it will come off again. Just work on it. |

| I've found many people like to try and sabotage you when you're watching what your eating....they seem to get great pride in it....whether your boyfriend was doing that or not only you know...but you have to be strong enough to say no and mean it. I live with 2 other people who are not on Atkins -- at first they tried to make it harder on me but once they realized I was comitted to this they have now stopped....once in awhile they even taste or eat something I'm having so it's easier now. Get back on the plan, when you want something to eat get up and do something else, exercise, go for a walk, take a long bath, whatever you need to do to get your mind off of food. Start today putting your life back in order, get back to eating only foods on the acceptable food list, drink at least 64 ounces of pure water and do some exercise. Also, if you need support, come to the board and meet new people, we are all in the same boat here, all trying to loose or maintain our weight loss. Good luck
