| Sounds fine to me ![]() We dont all lose weight consistently, and in the first 14 days on induction some people lose mainly in the first week, some in the second week, some evenly across the 2 weeks and some lose nothing according to the scales but lose a dress size or so! It is said we should lose between 5% and 10% of the total we hope to lose in those 2 weeks, according to your profile info you want to lose 70 in total, so you have lost about 14%

| I did very much the same - lost most of my weight in the first week. Your induction loses are amazing! Congrats!
