Hey all.
just browsing through Ebay I came across these here.
I figured I'd ask on here to see what the deal is and if infact they are suitable for the Atkins induction phase or even post induction...

To know if something is suitable you have to go through the list of ingredients. And then compare them to the list of the foods you are allowed to eat. When you do that you will see that all these products contain things you should not eat on induction but you may be able to introduce them later. Sugar free does NEVER mean the same as Atkins safe
Also sweeteners may be very problematic - The ones used for sweets like those are usually sugar alcohols and we have come to understand that some of us treat sugar alcohols like we do sugars. And that is no good.

If you do decide to include sugarfree sweets in your menus then do be aware that when they write 'these may have a laxative effect' they are not kidding.

Early in my Atkins journey I was given a packet of really tasty sugarfree toffees that somehow I finished off in one evening watching TV.

Well, you have probably heard the phrase "The bottom dropped out of my world" used by people who have had a disappointment.

For me "The world dropped out of my bottom" that night!! Never again
