| Thanks guys for the information. I weighed myself this morning and I dropped from 255.6 to 251, but still not as low as I was before. I just started back on my B.C. too after having been off for 2 weeks, so that's probably part of it too. Didn't realize I couldn't have hot dogs... but what about Hebrew National as that is what I eat now. They only have 1 carb a piece. As far as peanut butter and nuts go, can anyone tell me why it matters what I'm eating as long as I'm counting the carbs and keeping below 20 gm a day??? I don't do "net" carbs either. It doesn't work for me. I tried that before and didn't lose a single lb. Instead, i gained. At least I'm losing this time. |

Induction is NOT about counting carbs and keeping them under 20. On induction you follow the rules of induction. If you want to do Atkins that is. Check out the rules again.
