| Hi there Avocados are a great source of cellulose (fiber). One avocado (the whole thing) has 6 grams of carbs but it has 18 grams of fiber. If you can get the Hass variety, it has only ONE gram of carbs (per fruit) and it has 12g of fiber. It is also rich in fat, which also helps you stay in ketosys. If you manage to eat one of these at night, every other day, you'll have no problems "taking out the trash" every morning

| msanjelpie~ Teas are a great idea, it's just the problem of figuring out what's actually in them (as I have food allergies as well) joesabido~ I know that celery is also a good "mover" as well. Good idea to eat them at night... Thanks, all! |

| Lizellen, so far it doesn't seem readily available, but I haven't really exhausted all my search options. I mean to go check out the "black market" around here to see if there's any available. I'm dedicated, I tell ya. |
