| So sorry to hear about your salmonella, Bikini. That can be really really rough, as I know from experience. I can understand how that can lead you to alter your eating plan a little, so kudos to you for keeping the alteration small and not falling off the wagon badly. I'd make the move to OWL and try to forgo that ww wrap for just a little bit longer. It'll be tough to give up for a couple of days, and then all of a sudden you'll find it easier. Once you get to the correct rung, you can add it back in, or something similar. Hope you're back to feeling yourself again totally, now.
