| Like Sally I have often made 'noodles' from sliced thin omelettes but never thought of using just the whites! Great suggestion

| I made my experimental egg white pasta last night in the fry pan...a nice thin layer and sliced them up and ate with the pot roast juice. OMG, it was soooo good! I am so excited. My DH was laughing hysterically but you know what, it totally reminded me of egg noodles and made my night. Not only that, but because it was lot of protein, it was very filling too. Enjoy! |

__________________ ![]() Started: 3/2/09 ~280~270~260~250~240~230~220~210~200~190 Realistic Final Goal: 190 Stretch Goal: 140 Successfully did Atkins in 1998 using 1992 copy of the book...before it was "hip". Lost 60lbs, exercised daily, felt and looked great. And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again. |
