| Oh dear sorry to hear this. Hang in there. I am thinking that there are several things going on -the antibiotics may have set you back a bit -the TOM around the corner may be making you retain water (it does with me - I avoid the scale around that time - I don't need that kind of discouragement at all) -the constipation may be an issue. Are you getting all your veggies in? They help with constipation. If the veggies are not enough you will have to take something to try and get things moving. Atkins suggests several fibre supplements in his book. Are you trying one of those? The whooshie fairy will be with you soon. Just a couple of things that piled up for you there.

| You have lost 54 lbs? Are you starting induction after being off of Atkins for awhile? or are you continuing and have just gone back to induction? |

| Don't feel bad or give up! I went 5 weeks in ketosis, 1 lb finally lost this week, but the exciting part was that I just woke up one morning and my jeans were baggy! So it can be inches instead of pounds! I feel like that commercial years ago that the pones were just laying on the ground and someone found them! Giggles! 180/179/130 Keep Happily Turning Purple!!!!!! |
