| I don't have either one of those, I have the New Diet Revolution from 1992. I can't find the newer one ANYWHERE!!!! What does the new one have that is so different from the one I have?

| You will have to try and get the new one lady The new one is the one we use here. In the new one Atkins incorporated a few newer dietary realizations. One of those is the glycemic index. I think he also introduced deducting fibre in the 2002 edition.
