Are you serious... damn, I am way over my carb intake then. I take prenatal's because my doctor wants me on them to build reserves and I need the folic acid anyway. GRRR, that sucks!

*EDIT* I just checked mine, it contains soy... is that bad? ARGH

My OB put me on them for the extra iron and calcium. Geez...gotta figure them into the daily count now.

I checked mine also. It has "less than 2 carbs" per serving. I take the Glacial Milk from Sam's Wholesale.
So far it does not seem like it has hurt me since I am still in ketosis.
Well, you know what they say about those hidden carbs. They will get you everytime.

Prenatal vitamins are not recommended on Atkins because they have iron. Since Atkins is an iron heavy diet, it is something that is usually not necessary to be supplemented once the diet is underway...

I am really anemic, plus I have 0 vitamin D, low folic acid and calcium. My doctor told me to stay on them, but maybe I can wean off them at some point?
