| You could share your menu if you like. But it is so important to realize that this happens all the time. Our bodies are weird things. Stress or hormones or salt or something makes the body retain water and hang onto stuff and before we know it the scale can be up 2 or 5 or more pounds. When things calm down the body will let go of this stuff. The best thing to do it to keep to the plan. And don't let the scale get that much power over you. That thing can be plain evil.
