| Welcome to the Board. Looks good... well, except the potato. You should be eating 3 cups of vegetables per day, with maximum 1 cup coming from the "Other Vegetables" list. Also, over half of your net carbs should come from vegetables. Is your fat around 65%? You should aim for something like 65% fat, 5% carbs and 30% protein. Congrats for the 5 lbs lost!

| Welcome to the board. It is sounding pretty good. If you're following the rules, your are probably good. More veggies may help with the constipation issue. If veggies are not enough you can use fiber supplement to more things along
