Video Blogging

Was wondering if someone or a bunch of people actually would be interested in setting up a video blogging page. Something that could help keep our selves and others motivated. Blog the first day, and after the first 2 weeks.
Have a link on the site to forward to it.
I just thought of it, not sure if it already exsists.

It would be easier to create a YouTube account and embed your videos in a post. No links to click.

But why do it like that? I think it would be better if it actually helped spread the word about the diet and this forum.

Ya thats true, but i also think that people are gonna want to say some things, like how awful they feel after the first couple days, cause u and i both know that the induction flu is pretty horrible. People may get the wrong idea.
I dont know, it just seems so just out there to let anyone just see it, i realize that all the people on this forum are just like everyone else. haha.

I think this is actually a fantastic idea

Over the last 3 weeks I have been surfing Youtube and there are a plethora of people doing this with massive success. It keeps them running smoothly knowing that they are having weekly video weigh ins and inspiring other people.

I have set up my own channel and added an Introduction video and will be video logging my weigh in weekly.

I most certainly would join any group set up by this forum on Youtube as I want more from the low carb camp

oh and I am new by the way...hello all from Scotland
