I tried them last night and my whole family is now hooked. They were fantatic! Thank you so much for the 'legal' treat!

Glad you enjoyed them! I made them for my family too and they had no idea they weren't breaded. HEHE!

I used this idea with Halibut this weekend and it was awesome!!!!! I just coated the fish in egg and parmesan cheese and fried in olive oil. The rest of my family had their fish deep fried in batter and i didn't feel like I was missing out at all!!! Wonderful substitution.
