Default Missing you crispy breaded chicken strips?

You don't have to. This is an all phase friendly recipe that taste even better then the regular one. You will be really suprized!

No special expensive ingridients, no complicated recipe and you'll satisfy that craving in no time!!!

    Ingridients:

Chicken breast cut into strips (or as you like)
Grated Parmesean cheese (in the jars)
    Salt (to taste)
    Pepper (to taste)
Eggs (beaten with a tiny amount of water mixed in)
    Paprika or Cayenne powder (optional)
    Adobe seasoning (optional)
    Oil (for frying)

This is how simple this is:

Cut chicken into strips and season. Marinate 20 mins if you have time.
    Heat oil to medium.
Beat eggs in a bowl with a little water.
Place grated parmesean in another bowl.
Dip chicken into egg, then coat fully with parmesean.

TIP: Place it onto a plate until you are ready to do one batch so they cook evenly. Turn once and take out once golden brown.

They are delicious!!! I am missing the celery sticks as I ran out, otherwise it was perfect with some bluecheese!

    Here are some pics:

Never tried that one. I like that these are real tasty, crunchy on the outside and tender inside. How do yours come out?

The same. I get the hot and spicy pork rinds, so they're more like boneless buffalo wings.

Thank you so much! Breaded chicken strips were a weakness and yes, I miss them! I'm going to do that with a big salad (this was my favorite meal pre-Atkins) tomorrow!

    Cheers!

I sometimes use a mixture of crushed pork rinds AND grated parmesan!!

Also I have added some ground linseed (flax) to the mixture for a slightly different taste/texture.

Are these ok for induction as well?
I'm a little concerned about the cheese. Is it too much for induction?

It depends on how much you use.

As long as you stick to the 3-4 ounce maximum in the day.

I'm in day 22 and still in full on induction. Yes, they are ok during it. You're only breading them with parmesean and egg so it really doesn't turn out to be alot at all. I don't eat any other cheese for that day when I make these.
