with queso fresco and mine isn't nearly as pretty as the pics on here..lol. I'm kind of scared to eat it, too. I'm way down on my carbs for the day, so it's filled with bell peppers, onions and fajita beef.

Okay....I'm off to eat my fake mexican dinner.
