| I try to only weigh in twice a week, on consecutive days. I look at it like Lizellen--oh look what strange and interesting things the scale has done today! Why on earth would it say that? But I really try to stick to weighing in only on Saturday and Sunday. Why those days? Well, Sat is usually a good weigh in day because I generally do my best exercise MON to FRI and Sunday is just kind of a check to make sure the scale wasnt kidding on Saturday. |

| I got y'all beat! I just started, on day 6, and have not weighed at all (except for when I first started). I am not going to weigh till day 14!! I have it planned for when my hubby gets home (he's an OTR truck driver), to share the good news with him! |

| good for you lovebunnyok!! That's the way all newbies should do it - staying off the scale is a good thing! I weigh on Monday mornings because I started on a Monday morning -- the only time that is different when the beginning or ending of one of the 6WEC which I belong to. I don't care what I weigh from hour to hour or day to day -- once a week is all I care about. I'm not a slave to it and don't really care about it.

| Actually, to be honest, I don't have a choice! LOL I don't have a scale at home, and the scale I initially weighed on was at a truck stop in Little Rock! The next time I will get to that scale is when I pick up my hubby from the yard! |

| I don't weigh at all anymore. It's not very practical information for me. It's not like I'm going to ship myself anywhere. The measuring tape is much better if I need to check on my volume (which I think is more important anyway). My husband takes weekly pics of me to make sure body dysmorphia doesn't kick in, so I can see the progress I'm making. Other than that, I kind of see weighing (for me at least) as part of that obsessive unhealthy "diet" mentality rather than "way of life." But when I first started years ago, I was weighing at least once to twice a week, sometimes up to 3 times a day. Seems pointless now.

| I weigh every morning. There was a time when I only weighed once a week but there were times when I either didn't lose or gained which was really depressing when you know you've been good. I don't think I had really gained or stayed the same it was just what the scales did on that one day. Now that I weigh everyday I can see fluctuations in my weight from eating too much salt, TOM etc. If I gain a pound or two one day as long as I know I've been good I don't worry. Some people are happier weighing once a week, others everyday. Do what works for you. |

| I weigh in on Sunday mornings & then put the scale away. Why~~ Dr. A suggests 1x per week, I don't want to be a slave to the scale, I don't want the number to dictate my moods, & I have too many other ways to measure how I'm doing.

| Every day, without exception. The times I have had an upward creep have ALL been times I was away from a scale, and assuring myself that everything was ok. Some people can do once a week, or month, or whatever. I can't, and acknowledge that fact.
