| Diced ham can either be thick cut ham which you can dice, or walmart has already chopped ham in a package in small or large chunks. It doesn't mean lunch meat, but i guess you could if you wanted to, I have! As for heavy cream, I use heavy whipping cream, don't know if it's the same thing, but that's always worked for me! It's next to the milk at the grocery.

| Kibskix is right heavy cream in USA = double cream (also single cream) in UK ![]() Minced means cut into very small pieces - like minced beef - using a mincer like this ![]() or you can use a food processor to chop it into little bits.
