| I don't have the book yet,,,,what is sugar detox mean on Atkins. I assume because I have essentially cut out every last drop of sugar that thats like withdrawl?

| yes, it is withdrawal and it sucks, but it is temporary. Within a day or two you will be a new person!

| Blah..,,right behind my eyes!!! So I had a small salad with turkey,.,,,bacon, cheese and newmans olive oil and vinegar that is sans sugar

| Yes we call it induction flue. You are transitioning to ketosis. It is a good thing. Take it easy. Drink lots.

| I am on day 7 .....was nauseated last few days,,,now my stomach is fine but I have this headache >.<

| OMG!! I have had the worst nausea too for the past 2 days! I am on day 4, so it's good to know I am not alone, and on the right track! I hope you feel better soon! |
