| lol i can ,i can lol im still waiting to see if i have knees,but looking at my body im losing it from head down to toes. my pyjamas have quite a stiff band around the top and there is about a 2 -3 inch gap at the top.im on top of the worls and looking at well you lot have all done is a true inspiration. Enjoying the journey,a few bumpy roads but i will get there. |

| Congrats on your achievement! As for the scales, Ive considered cutting back to weighing twice a month; but not sure I can stay away!! lol I wish you luck in continued success! You are doing great. |

| Woo Woo moomoomu! Looks like our bodies have much in common! Inches lost but no show on the scales starting my 5th week on the diet! I ran out and did my 45 min tan yesterday and today behind our privacy fence, I have a Tback tan line showing today! GASP! Well I had to celebrate my drop from 18s to 15/16, 16 and a 14 (which really makes you wonder about these designers and sizing!)! I have jumped on the stupid scale atleast 3 times today just hopeing it would budge! 180/180/130 |

| hi blonde, well im guessing now as ive just weighed and im down nearly half a stone,so when i stall the inches fall off then the pounds,either way im in absolute heaven with this diet. i am now going to update my tracker wooohoooooo. |
