| Well....my mother lost 157 lbs and just did weights and sit ups...and she had stretch marks and a little hang but not like you are talking. I know I am starting sit ups and weights because I am going to lose about that much and I don't want to look like a deflated balloon either.

| your skin should regain some of it's suppleness over time - you may have some saggy skin when you get to your goal but if you start and continue exercise now you should have less -- and after you reach your goal you'll have to continue and give your skin time to come back. You have to exercise though - you can't just loose weight and expect your skin to bounce back.

| I haven't yet got round to trying it but we have had several members who 'dry brush' and swear it helps tighten and tone those flabby bits. The Dry Brushing Technique

| I was a bit saggy and droopy after losing 100 lbs... but a year later it was pretty much all gone... it just takes skin a bit longer to catch up to changes in our body but there are certain areas that will always be more droopy than others... Like the back of the arms can be tightened up with weights but the abdominal overhang is difficult because there isn't a muscle inside of the overhang, it's just gravity etc... |
