| Hi Im pretty sure this will throw you out of ketosis,and beleive me we all have times where we just give in,get back into it straight away.it does get easier as time goes on and you start seeing the body changes. good luck and dont worry about it too much youll be back on track in no time. |

| you don't have to start over but will probably be thrown out of keotsis and your final numbers will be comprimised so you won't know exactly what type of "loser" you will be. before you decide to eat something not allowed from now on STOP - drink a glass of water and/or eat something from the acceptable list (celery, a piece of meat, whatever it takes).
