| Uh-oh! Glad to hear you stopped in time and got back on track.

| That is really good that you confessed your sins here. You are absolutely right to pick up yourself and move on. Another thought is that if you have been on for two months and are still on induction, maybe it is time to move on to OWL? The options get more varied and the with that, you might be less likely to cheat. For me personally, I have reached goal in the past by staying on induction the whole time. I never really learned how to go through the rungs or work pre-maintenance. It is difficult when you do it that way. Just a thought.

| Oh Wow! I'm soooo glad somebody else does what i do, every once in awhile. I cheated saturday all day! but went right back today to induction. I am going to stay on it for 14 day's as i''ve been on induction for 6 weeks, i've been trying the OWL and am not sure if it's working for me or not. so i will stay with induction for another 14 day's and then try again at OWL. I have lost a total of 10 pounds and have another 10 to go, but for some reason i cant get past 10. I workout 4-5 day's a week, so i''m not sure what's going on.

| Thanks everyone. Tomorrow is a new day. At least I didn't do the "all or nothing" thing where I rationalize cheating for the rest of the night since I already messed up. That would be easy to do since as we speak there is a very delicious peanut butter brownie from a bakery a friend brought, a raspberry scone thing (same friend), a bag of twizzlers, and the cake I made all sitting on the counter downstairs. I have gone up the rungs a bit, but I like induction/rung 1 best. I don't do well with lots of dairy (some cheese is ok, but cottage cheese and yogurt aggravate my sinuses). I don't have enough self control with nuts. I have tried several times, but I always eat too much. I crave the salt. I have a condition where I salt waste and have to take meds to keep enough in me so if I crave salt and eat nuts, I tend to eat too many because my body is loving the sodium. I do have control with low sugar berries so those are ok. I don't plan to ever have grains. So long story short, I like induction with more veggies (aka owl rung 1). Thanks again. Bree |

| I went two cheated got back on, then had a cheat again last week. Nothing major but still.... It happens to all of us. The trick is to stop it there and get back on without guilt depression and all that jazz. Each day is a new day and new chance to get it right. The big problems come when 1) you can't get yourself back on track or 2) you find yourself cheating weekly so you are never really on track. |

| Well I didn't cheat....but I did sit with my nose in a bag of girl scout cookies...thin mints last night smelling them. Don't feel bad, just keep your resolve going forward and think of your end goal!
