cant control myself

as you all saw i posted a thred wow i love atkins WELL,

ive just walked to my patio doors and thought oh my god i look smaller so i thought i only measured a week ago so i measured again and this is what i found.

3" off waist
2" off bum
1" off thigh
1/2 off calve

i said that id lost inches off my top half and seem to loose from top to bottom and this proves it lol so my next update should be another stall and inches lost off my top area,i am feeling great and feel so motivated,god bless patio doors for showing the littler me

oh and wonderful atkins and fellow atkineers.

Awesome! I can't wait for the first time I see myself in the mirror (patio doors/whatever) & think I look smaller...

Thankyou i still cant beleive that it litterally is falling off,and my scale is not moving,but im sure it will now .
