| Oh dear. I think going back to induction for a bit till you get those craving under control probably would be the best thing to do at this point. Don't be too hard on yourself. You learned something important. Time to move on. It is a long journey.

| I agree with Liv...do induction again until you are in ketosis and the cravings pass - perhaps you'll even lose those extra 2 pounds as well.

| Thanks! I'm doing my best to get back on track. I'm back to where I started before vacation now...but I'm still hungry all the time! I think I need to find new veggies to take to work to snack on or something. I don't eat enough sometimes. And the journey continues... |
