| I kept weighing at home the last week going I feel "thin" as in not bloated and belly full....like before atkins. My clothes were really loose ....and this one pair of pants was fitting loose. And I was getting frustrated.

| Actually check the scale at home just now...it says 294.6...the doctors office scale with the nurse doing it says 280. Thats insane! I can't beleive it.....280!!

| Wow! What an awesome surprise! My doctors scale is usually 4-5 lbs MORE mostly because I have on clothes and have been drinking water....you really DO need a new home scale! You must be over the moon!
__________________ ![]() Started: 3/2/09 ~280~270~260~250~240~230~220~210~200~190 Realistic Final Goal: 190 Stretch Goal: 140 Successfully did Atkins in 1998 using 1992 copy of the book...before it was "hip". Lost 60lbs, exercised daily, felt and looked great. And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again. |

| I am actually in shock'!! lol The nurse looked at me and said its always 10 lbs heavier not nearly 15 lbs lighter! She said if I can't find a scale today that reflects what they have to just come in and weigh weekly with them. Wooooooo I am going to go for a walk to celebrate then have a nice healthy lunch!

| Since a few people messaged me....I am jogging twice a day. Once early am for approx 2 miles, and then before bed for 2 miles. I calorie count to about 1550 calories per day and then I also do sit ups...right now I am at 150 per day....I am trying to work up to 250.

| Oh my goodness, congratulations!! Very proud of your achievement in such a short period of time. I have to try the jogging/sit ups also and see if I could lose as fast as you have! |

| I tink a huge part of it is the amount of excercise I am doing in combination with the diet. Doctor said it has to be.
