| Yeah, you have to be careful with the meat that you buy. Alot of meat contains sugar. The package will claim that it is added for tenderness and juiciness. I went through all of the meat in my freezer and was really peeved to find that most of it contained dextrose. GGRRRRR!!!!! |

| I've gotten to the point where I buy fresh, in bulk to save $, and freeze it myself. I've actually gotten paranoid & started checking the fresh meat packages for ingredients other than 'MEAT'.

| IMHO, once you're out of induction, as long as you're exercising regularly, that 1-2g of sugar you find in chicken breasts or other odd places, really doesn't matter at all. The key is exercising. |
