| Oh don't worry you're not even close. What you are doing is good for you. I have learned where all available toilets are where ever I go.

| Congratulations on getting enough water in daily -- I usually go around warning people of not drinking enough -- it's nice to see someone who is drinking without being reminded! Good for you.

| You can actually drink too much water but 180 oz doesn't sound like too much. Especially if you are doing a lot of exercise and chasing a little one around. I say if it's working for you then continue on with it. |

| You can't drink enough water. At least 10 large glasses a day is optimum, or at least one every hour. They're going to help flush the fat out of your body. Drink more if you can. |
