| Right now I'm doing 45 minutes on arms/back/abs mon, wed and fri. 30 minutes legs/butt tues, thurs, sat. Sun is my rest day, and I try to walk at least 3 miles mon-sat.

| I walk 4-6 miles about 4 times a week. lift weights for 45 mins 2-3 times a week pilates twice a week. Then I sometimes also do swimming water aerobics or something else on top of these basics. |

| I run 4 days a week, usually 33-35 miles total. On my non-running days, I lift weights for the upper body and do core strengthening (runners MUST have a strong core!) Betty

| Here's my routine - Monday - 1 hour body pump, 1 hour walk with the dog Tuesday - 1 hour spinning class, 1 hour walk with the dog Wednesday - 1 hour body pump class, 1 hour walk with the dog Thursday - 1 hour walk with the dog, 15 minutes abs class, 45 minutes Zumba Friday - 1 hour body pump, 1 hour walk with dog Saturday - 1 hour walk with dog Sunday - 1 hour body combat class (if I wake up in time!) and 1 hour walk with dog Now that is nice out I can add cycling, and during the summer I go to the gym less but spend more time being active with my kids. I was doing yoga almost every day as well but I broke my toe and can't put any pressure on it yet, and I found I needed my toe for at least half the postures I do. I'm one of those people that love to exercise

| This week....I walk 2 miles plus a day 45 minutes a day (I'm so at the moment). I'm building endurance back up to begin C25k. I would just jump into right now but my body isn't cooperating very well.

| I ride between 40 and 60 miles 3 times a week, sometimes 4. I do it because I love cycling, although I don't think it's ever helped me lose weight before. I just feel better when I exercise, and I usually go on a few bicycle tours during the summer so I have to stay in shape for those. I highly recommend cycling to anyone who has trouble walking or running because of bad knees. I've injured my knees and had several surgeries including microfracture, but I still find walking more than a mile painful. Cycling doesn't put much stress on your joints and it's something you can do into your old age usually. |

| I ride my stationary bike 20 - 25 miles daily - also do Abs dvd's (1 have 8 of them) and Belly Dancing (just starting that). I also walk several times a week. |
