| The only dairy allowed on Induction is cream, butter and cheese. This should be in the "What Foods Can I eat during Induction " in the FAQ forum. If it isn't, contact any of the administrators or moderators so we can check the thread to make sure it hasn't been erased.

| Your tea will taste much better with the double cream (heavy whipping cream) that you are allowed on induction. Yum!
