| Well Fab, If you do Induction for the whole time and fail to move up methodically adding foods back in in their proper order, you will never identify the individual foods that set you off on your eating and you will never identify the CCLL (the number of grams below which you can still lose). That number is critical of you are going to maintain your loss for any length of time. I suggest you move to rung one or two now and start the learning process. Otherwise you are likely to return here at some later date having gained your lost weight back plus a few more. Please go back and reread your book again. It is laid out as it is for a reason. |

| I came to this forum for help and understanding and sharing my experience on Atkins, not to be told off. This is stupid. We are all going thru Atkins and we are not perfect, we all have our ups and downs and we should support eachother not Judge. If you don't have anyhting good and supportive to say then DON'T COMMENT! |

| On a slightly different note, previously when I have really, really craved choc I have found that a square of high cocoa (70% or higher) dark chocolate really takes the edge off. Though it's probably not recommended, it ends up being only about 2g max of carbs and is so intensely chocolatey that I couldn't possibly crave it any more! I find that if I have no chocolate whatsoever, though - it is easier for me to bear than a little bit, if you know what I mean? I am not a moderation girl!

| You're not being told off, Fab. You are being told the truth. As for craving chocolate, it may indicate that you are deficient in magnesium. Magnesium and Calcium Absorption Quote:
