| That's really interesting about the magnesium/calcium - will give that one a whirl (wonder if it will help me ween myself off the diet cokes too....??!) Thanks!

| Thanks NOT2LATE!!! It might be my problem. Will check if I can add some nuts to my diet since I aonly have 15lbs to go to get to my ideal weight. And yes, I did find I was getting told off. Its diffrent when people reply like you (you tried to help and gave me an idea of what I may have), not just being plain nasty. anyways have a,lovely weekend. Cheers! |

| No worries, I didn't mean to sound it was ok for me to have a cheat snack I was just sharing how my hormones were asking for my TOM snack. I wanted to share it with all of you guys to let you all know that I did it and if anyone gets those craving at that TOM. Thanks for your reply! Have a lovely weekend. I am a very strict person and a perfectionist, don't think its worth gaining my 10lbs so far for eating crap. If I do fall again i might instead have a tea with sweetner or if its really bad (like the book said) a healthy carb like an apple. |

| Hi Ziggy, and you are right, It is very easy to be in the Atkins. It has taken all my hunger away. I never feel hungry. Its lovely. I will defo follow your advice, and will enjoy healthy foods to maintain this healthy living! Thanks and have a lovely weekend! |
