| I'm very stocky in my lower body. That is how I am built. I have big thighs and calfs. But while on Atkins they have reduced quite a bit and become quite firm. My DH says I have legs of steel. This is probably not just due to Atkins. I have taken up running and I do a lot of yoga, squats. Those three things have definitely helped too. We have a squat challenge starting now in June. | I was hopeing the fat burning action of ketosis would just melt it all off! I realize exercise is a huge part of it too. Just kinda sick of seeing it and thought about it this morning while looking in the mirror. I have seen some before and after pics with back fat (which I don't have) and thought man if back fat could disappear, may be these dimples and ripples would vanish too! Keep Happily Turning Purple!!!!!! |

| I think cellulite has a lot to do with genetics. I've seen very skinny girls that work out ALL the time and they still have cellulite. BUT I do think that the more weight you lose and muscle you gain in your legs, the cellulite will go down dramatically. I used to not have any on my thighs but I've gained about 30lbs and now I won't wear shorts either, I'm hoping mine goes away once I start loosing inches. I really think it will go away though or at least enough to were you will be comfortable with it.

| Honestly water does the trick ive been drinking just water for weeks and the cellulite in my theigh has gone away mostly!!.. i exercise and find kickboxing is the best to firm up your legs and butt but the best thing ever is just drinking lots of water! |

| Hi Chelsey20, I like to have some color on my legs around here at home, not that they are seen in public. I have used the tinted lotions that are popular and finally we have a privacy fenced yard and I can tan alittle (pink sunburn at the moment from this Tx sun!). My cellulite is still there of course, just looks abit better tanned! Im naturally very pale skinned and its alot like seeing a turkey before and after its cooked! lmao 180/179/130 Keep Happily Turning Purple!!!!!! |

| Hey Mommy, I have seen your pics and they are awsome... you have just come so far! What an inspiration. Lovely lil girl too! I drink alot of water (straws help me drink more for some reason!), unsweetend sun tea, and my worst vice.... diet dr. pepper first thing in the morning! I need that fizz. I don't smoke, don't drink coffee, alcohol is very very rare... but that diet dr.pepper in the morning is my addiction for sure (and being a clotheshorse!). Keep Happily Turning Purple!!!!!! |

| Thanks Yeah I think the pictures really help everyone out!.. so think about putting up some of your progress as well believe me if it helps one person to say wow it does work its worth a lil embaressment of the befores! lol |
