| Whipped cream in can would have sugars so don't go there. You can make your own whipped cream from scratch - it is easy. Sweeten it with a bit of splenda - vanilla essence and it is good to go.

| darn. I've tried the home made whipped and it just doesnt taste good to me. Looks like I'll be toughing it out.
