| Well glad you're figuring it out. Did you order the book? It an be bought fairly cheap. Yes 65% of calories from fat. So since there are so much more calories in fat than in protein when it comes to grams we pretty much eat equal amounts of the two. There will be nothing about this in the book though. Atkins just said to eat food till we are full and limit our carbs. Which is kind of cool too. If you take riboflavin (a B vitamin) the urine will often be somewhat yellow as the excess is expelled that way. Nothing to worry about though.

| LOL the percentage thing was my laugh for the day but I can see how easy it might be to think about it that way. |

| hello! haha, i also figured that out 3rd day into my induction...that's what we get for not reading the book right away! question - where in fitday can i find this 65%??? i just started using fitday, and i know that i need to look at the pie chart, get my total carbs minus the fiber so i'll get my net carbs....but what about this 65% calories from fat? is it anywhere in the chart, or do i need to calculate manually? thanks! |

| I think we are eating 65% fat... it's the same thing... 65% of our entire daily intake is fat... |

Today I ate (BTW I am on OWL) 95 gram fat, 30 gram of carbs and 72 gram of protein. Fitday thinks this is a percentage of 66/11/23 I did eat more carbs and protein in grams than fat but fat still made up 66% of the daily calorie intake.
