| Hi: I use olive oil, extra virgin. I'll drink it straigt up, at times, and use it as balast. Norman

| Butter, butter, butter, butter, butter!!! Yeah, there are POUNDS of butter in my fridge. I slather veggies with it. I add it to my pumpkin. I also add heavy whipping cream to my pumpkin to fatten it up a bit and add some calories. Your salad dressing should have a nice amount of fat. I only use extra virgin olive oil for frying something up. I throw Hellman's mayo liberally into my tuna or boiled eggs. I've never had to stretch too much to squeeze in the fat. If I don't get enough, I don't lose as much. That's all the motivation I need to eat it up. If you've ever considered eating coconut oil, it's loaded with fat too! So many ways and only so much per day! |

| 60 is not bad. Avocado is a great source of fat and so it olives if you like those. Using dressings and mayo also works well.

| Sometimes I just take a spoonful of coconut oil plain if I don't think I'm eating enough fat. I use it for cooking, too. The virgin unrefined coconut oil tastes best if you are consuming it straight up. Sometimes the refined is better for higher temperature cooking. |
