yet when you were asked which book you had, you didn't indicate that your book has less than 328 pages and you did indicate that the book Geo posted was the one in your possesion.

I have read DANDR from cover to cover and I have followed it losely, in other words I have tried reducing my carbs to very low levels counting them.

Yet, you led us to believe on your threads that you were following DANDR.

I won't categorize you as a troll, because I think you give legitimate trolls a bad name. But I hope you do realize that you wasted our time and you took advantage of our good nature. I know you don't care about that and are having a good time laughing at us. But just know "what goes around comes around": Karma will kick you in the butt one day---you can be sure of it.
