| I feel the same as you. I have been on Induction for 8 days now. The first few days, I had some pretty major carb cravings. They started to go away, but yesterday and today, I woke up with just a sick feeling. Yesterday the only thing I ate was a piece of string cheese and a taco salad (which I couldn't finish!). Today, almost the same thing. I think my problem may be that I usually don't eat right when I wake up at 7:30. Usually, I wait a couple hours and eat around 9 at work. I'm going to try eating breakfast first thing and see if that helps. Maybe you should try that too, if you are not already doing that. And also, drink LOTS of water! Good luck!

| Ditto! When I first started Atkins, I was excited, trying out new recipes and enjoying the food. Now I can barely stand to look at food Blah.

| Have you been exercising? I always find I'm hungry a couple hours after some cardio... Also, take a look at some of these pictures: foodgawker | feast your eyes (for those of you with no willpower against carbs, don't open that link |

| I exercise, 5-6 times a week, for an hour each time. It's about all I'm capable of doing at the moment. I figure when I feel like I'm dying, it's not exercise anymore lol. I do get a bit hungry afterwards, or rather my appetite picks up some and I'll eat and soon lose interest. It's probably just a phase, because I do love food....or at least I used to! Ooo err...I'm almost drooling over those pictures lol

| Awe I miss the appetite suppression days.. Exercise always made me hungry though. Don't go too long without eating, even if it's a small snack, drink water and enjoy it while it lasts!!

| I drink about 120-150oz of water a day, more when I work out. I do work cardio about 1.5 hrs 4-5 times a week plus an additional 30 mins strength. I upped the intensity hoping I would get hungry - but nothing. Oh well, I'm glad I'm not alone, but I wish I could at least not be grossed out by food. LOL |

| Oh, I remember feeling that way the first time I did Atkins. One day I ate a large cheese omelet for breakfast. Later on, I looked at the clock and realized it was 2pm and I hadn't eaten anything since that omelet! I was disgusted at the thought of eating anything, but I forced myself to consume a small lunch. Funny how I remember that clear as day although it was 7 years ago. It had quite the impact on me because I was accustomed to starving by 10am, as opposed to still being full at 2pm! In any event, the disgust does eventually go away. I promise. |

| Been at this awhile... still, it is most important to eat soon after (if not before or at the same time) taking supplements - which I do religiously. If I don't, there iss a price to pay! Definitely keeps me on top of eating regularly, especially since I divided my supplements into 4 regimens!!

| I find it very liberating not to be obsessed with food and not be constantly hungry. I love the way I feel nice and full but not stuffed if I eat the right things. |
