| We aren't suppose to have to count calories, but if you go over your bodies daily required amount you are bound to gain. The book says we have a 200 calorie advantage, and when you find your calorie intake on the link I gave you that is to MAINTAIN your weight not to lose

| Theres no calorie counting just dont eat too much that you feel too full eat sensible and the appropriate atkin friendly foods and count your daily carbs properly thats 20 during induction.

| Thanks guys. am doing what you suggested, plus this time round doing 30 mins aerobics a day. Want a quicker weight loss than 1st time round on induction where I did no exersize. Fingers crossed as I've got a wedding next sat and the dress I'm wearing is a little bit tight!!!! |
