| Not really the answer you're looking for, but if your profile info is correct and you're on Induction, then low carb bars are not "legal".

| I agree with Georgiana. It's kind of a way to cheat the diet, instead of learning the true values that come from the Atkins WOE. The ingredients aren't legal for Phase 1 (Induction), and eating the bars will quite possibly derail your progress and make you crave carbs even more (I've seen it happen). Are you still in Extended Induction? You have very little to lose! You should think about OWL, then you can start incorporating berries and nuts and fruits the right way! |

| Hate to keep bursting your bubble, but unfortunately the carbs in atkins bars simply don't add up. When I did atkins the first time, I used to eat them and they caused stalls and excessing cravings. You're body needs to learn not to crave sugar. Good luck! |

| Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond. Quote:
Georgiana~ I'm in extended induction, which I'm tailoring to my individual needs, more like OWL, but not as permissive. I'm definitely not looking for a way of life here, but a way to deal with that candy bar craving with out the 80 grams of carbs that come with it. It would only be a once in a blue moon thing, but I see that they're not really popular here. Thanks again.
