Could Benadryl be causing my cravings??

I'm on day 4 of extended induction, 18 days total. And all of a sudden today I am famished, and craving cookies BADLY!! I remembered just now that I have been taking Benadryl this week for my hayfever, which I'm guessing has lots of sugar. Could that be the culprit??

Sugar no matter how it gets into your system can do that.
Did you check the ingredient list. It should have one.

Any alternative you can use? I use a nasal spray that I like.

It's probably not the benadryl. You can get dye free benedryl btw....but I think the rest of what's in it doesn't contain sugar. I take it ALL the time. I have horrible allergies too. I've been taking Zyrtec everyday on this diet, lost 41 lbs so far, and occaisionally I have to take benadryl at night too. It could be TOM? or maybe you went too long without eating? Or it's a hidden carb somewhere else in your diet. Modified food starch is in everything and can slow your weight loss... I know that when I go too long without eating I go from la di da not craving anything, great energy atkins diet is perfect to raving lunatic needing food in the matter of minutes! It's great that this WOE quiets your appetite, but sometimes I forget to eat! Also coffee can make your blood sugar drop... not sure, just popping in with my two cents. I just checked the ingredients on my benadryl, no sugar
