| I saw them at my local Kroger. I don't remember what the price was. I thought it was a pretty neat thing. |

| If these are too pricey for some of you, or if you can't get these, here are some tips to make doing your own easier: Never boil really fresh eggs. Buy a dozen and leave them in the fridge for several days before boiling them. It makes them easier to peel. Put them in cold water and bring to a boil, cover and turn off heat (if electric stove, remove from heat) and let stand until room temp, then refrigerate. They are perfectly cooked every time this way. To peel easily, give the egg a sharp rap on the counter on both top and bottom, then roll between your two palms. This can often allow you to peel them quickly and easily. Sometimes the shell almost falls right off. |

| Thanks for the tip - I'll try this - I always have a hard time peeling my eggs! Of course, I'm getting them straight from the farmer...so they might be extra fresh...

| Jill's method is how I cook mine too. Additionally, after rolling them, I like to peel them under running water. Really makes the shell just fall right off. |
