June Challenge: hi-rep squats | | | I'll make it short. I suspect hi-rep squats induce muscle hyperplasia.
I've always used high weight and low reps for squats. The June challenge has produced the most rapid gains I've ever experienced in my life. I'm sitting here flexing my legs and the tear drop is becoming very pronounced. | |
