4000 mg of CLA

Hello everyone:

It seems supplementing Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA, Tonalin Safflower oil) can make a remarkable difference on those stubborn fat deposit areas. I won't go into details, since you, my buddies, you can Google it.

It can very well turn out to be Liposuction in a bottle.

is it really 4000mg per day? i read somewhere in the web that 3,400 is the recommended dosage. does anyone know? i wanna make sure i take the right dosage.

Personally i took it for a few months and did nothing so I really wouldn't expect too much from it.

Liposuction in a bottle i would say is quite a bit of an exaggeration ;-)
