| Glad you liked it. Just a bit a warning for everyone who want to try. I know we are all different. But I know that for me that would not be a drink I could have. It would be way too sugary and I would feel a spike. So for a berry drink to work (for me) I add things like cream or whey or tofu or coconut oil. That way I have protein/fats with my berries and I can enjoy them. (BTW berries are rung 4 food)

| That sounds good. I might have to try that! Sorry I didn't add which rung it was. I am way past that, though. I think I'm 16 weeks in now. I lost track LOL!

| I added the rung thing for other people's benefit really since this forum has a wide readership. So how do you freeze your berries (or perhasp you buy frozen). I froze some strawberries but when I tried them in the blender the blender did not like the big frozen lump. I think I may have to freeze them differently. I love berries. |

| I buy them frozen and the warm water helped to unfreeze them a bit along with the splenda. I also love berries! Especially really good strawberries!

| When I freeze the larger berries I spread them out so they are not touching and freeze them that way. Then put plastic wrap between layers when I pack them into containers.

| I like to put a little cream, some protein powder (vanilla flavor) and vanilla in mine with blueberries and strawberries. Don't forget that smoothies are very calorie dense though. |

| I don't think the ones I make are very calorie dense. Most of the smoothie is crushed ice I think. |
