Well..I know it works, I've done it before....a little harder though with a 5 year old. I originally lost about 40 pounds 10 years ago and after I had my baby I lost 40 pounds 5 years ago...would like to lose 20 more...especially by October since we are going to Hawaii. ANyway.....here I go again....I am an evening snacker (my vice)....will weigh in every week I guess and here's to a new me!

Im also restarting atkins after being off plan for almost a year. I put back on most of the weight i lost, so here i am again on day 5 of induction! I have roughfully the same amount of weight to lose as you too. I look forward to reading your posts and watching your progress.
