Wink Vita-Nutrients - Dangerous Levels? or Not!

Hello everyone,

I wanted to find out if any one else is having this challenge... Since I started tracking my food on FitDay.com I came to realize that when it comes to Vita-nutrients I may be over doing it on many levels in my diet... This does not even take into account the Multi-vitamin, cal, mag, fish oil, and vit C... Are these toxic levels? do I need to worry about them? I have always taken these other vitamins and eaten a whole lot worse than I am now and I have never had any problems... I figured with drinking 100 ounces plus of water each day that alot of these will be flushed out... but maybe not... I don't now... If you know someone that knows more about this sort of thing please let me know... thanks SLIMQUEST below is a average over the last week...

It depends on the vitamin. If you have properly working kidneys and liver, then the excess of these vitamins will be removed. IF you don't then you might have a problem with retention of these compounds.

I have never had a problem but I stay well hydrated and try not to take things I don't need. I take a calcium magneisum manganese tablet, a vitamin E (I am always short in E- dont know why) It tells me I am short in D but I get a lot of sunshine so I know that I am getting it elsewhere. If your protein/iron intake is high you could probably switch to a low iron vitamin formula. Too much iron contributes to cholesterol issues and other problems. I don't think the B vitamins, niacin and C are a problem.

Looks like you eat a lot of meat and eggs. Is that right?
Those numbers are for someone who needs a 2000 calorie diet. But you are eating more than that (and you should)
