| We all cheat at one time or another, and each have our "reasons," none of which are valid. But you realized what you had done and you posted to ADBB, and, most importantly, you went right back to Atkins. I don't think it necessary for you to start induction again. Just stay in induction until you are in ketosis, then go to rung 2. Hang in there, you may find other days when you "slip," just don't fall down!! |

| Jeannette is right. There is no need to do another two weeks of Induction. If you were planning to move to OWL, just do Induction until you get back in ketosis and gain control of your cravings (watch out for them now that you had sugar), then move to OWL Rung 1. PS: I think you meant Rung 1, didn't you Jeannette?

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | Good for you for not letting it become a week long binge! Now you know better for next time. We all let loose once in awhile but getting back on track ASAP is the best way to deal. Don't beat yourself up over it. Just go on from here. |

| Sounds like your sister is supportive... your brother - not so much... Explain to them that dieting is not always do or die... that you might have slips, but it is the entirety of the diet that makes the man (or in your case, the skinny man) |
