| I have experienced this before, I have also been having some lower back issues as well so I really really don't want to work out. But, that being said when I push through a half hour or so of vigorous, sweaty heart pounding exercise I feel 10 times better than I did before. My back pain even goes away for awhile. I worked out last nite and I am still full of energy here today @ 2 in the after noon.

Did you decide what you're going to do? Induction a little longer or move to OWL? Adding a few more veggie carbs might solve the problem.

| Thanks for the replies! Greedyvw- good to know I'm not alone! Hi Gerogina- my typical menu- breakfast 2 fried eggs and 3 slices turkey bacon. Black coffee Lunch- grilled chicken over salad with oil/vingear. Dinner- hamburger no bun, or grilled chicken or steak, maybe another small salad or if no salad and a small side grilled veggies. Snacks- piece of swiss cheese, a pepper cut up with ranch dressing or a small handful of nuts. I know nuts aren't allowed on induction but I still enjoy having them. I drink tons of water- maybe have a diet pop every 2 days but mostly water. |

| Okay, I was afraid you're not eating enough, but that looks good. So how much did you lose during Induction? Did you lose a lot in these two weeks? What's your degree of metabolic resistance?

| It looks like your fat intake could be low. If you aren't getting 65% of your calories in fat that could account for your lack of energy. Are you taking your vitamins and supplements? I do 3 cardio intervals/week, 3 weight training (heavy) sessions/week, 2 cardio core workouts/week and 120 pushups every other day on about an average of 30 carbs a day with no low energy issues. |

| Oh thanks for letting me know that!. I'll try to up my fat intake- hopefully that will help. I need to take vitamins on a regular basis which I'm gonna start. I usually just take them when I remember. |
