| Aspartame is not allowed on Atkins, so the Jello isn't allowed. You can make your own with unsweetened gelatin, then sweeten it with Splenda. The ketchup, however, is okay (since sucralose is the same thing as Splenda), so long as you don't go over your 3 serving daily limit. Best of luck! |

| There are lots of recipes using gelatine here. Just use splenda instead of any sugar suggested. Knox Gelatine
